Welcome to Paws & Toebeans, a premium provider of pet care and veterinary services based in Lusaka, Zambia. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Paws & Toebeans.

Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older. By using our website or booking our services, you confirm that:

Grooming and hygiene services
House sitting and boarding

Note: Availability of services may vary based on staffing, location, and operational conditions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

 
3. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering or booking
Ensure that all pet medical records and health disclosures are complete and truthful
Notify us of any changes regarding your contact information or pet health
Failure to provide accurate information may result in denied service or future ineligibility.

 
4. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or in person
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees
No-shows will be charged in full
Refunds are available only in the case of service failure and must be requested within 7 days
 
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made through our approved channels.

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon invoicing
Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur late fees
Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services or legal action
We accept: mobile money, Debit Cards, cash.

 
6. Health & Risk Disclosure
By using our services, you acknowledge that:

All pets may be exposed to health and environmental risks
Pet outcomes are influenced by individual health, temperament, and owner disclosures
You are responsible for sharing any allergies, aggression, or medical needs
We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a danger to itself, other pets, or our staff.

 
7. Limitation of Liability
Paws & Toebeans will not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Injuries, illness, or loss due to undisclosed medical conditions or emergencies
Events beyond our control (e.g. power failure, traffic delays, natural disasters)
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service rendered.

 
8. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including branding, logos, business name, service descriptions, written copy, and custom designs — is the intellectual property of Paws & Toebeans and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written consent.
